Practical guides for running and growing your online store.

Getting started

Create your store, choose your plan and version, and see what you get out of the box.

How your store is backed up, and how to roll it back to any recent point in time.

Transactional email out of the box, sending from your own domain, and your monthly allowance.

Put your storefront on your own domain, with HTTPS set up automatically.

Move your store's database, code, and media in and out — and what to expect.

Try changes safely in a throwaway copy of your store before touching the live one.

See your stores, close or reopen one, find your admin login, and use your store controls.

Your monthly plan, add-ons, and where to find your invoices.

Your store's CPU, memory, storage, traffic trends, and visitors by country.

Your profile and role, account-wide billing, and signing out.

Extensions, clearing caches, and troubleshooting for Magento stores.
